About Me
Welcome to my website! With a lifelong passion for the theatre, I began my journey on stage as a child, discovering the power of community and healing through the arts. After studying at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and gaining professional acting experience, I returned to school to explore how theatre can serve as a transformative tool for healing. Now, as a Registered Drama Therapist and Marriage and Family Therapist, I am dedicated to helping others find their voice and navigate their emotional landscapes through the embodied experience offered by theatre techniques.

Alongside my specialty in Drama Therapy, I focus on developmental trauma and inner child work. I worked as an in-school therapist for many years with elementary and preschool students, which gives me a unique perspective on addressing childhood trauma and other developmental difficulties. I am also well-versed in parenting struggles and offer support to those encountering difficulties in their parenting journey. My approach prioritizes building a strong relationship with my clients, allowing us to navigate conflicts and communication issues together. By fostering a secure attachment style, I aim to help you address past triggers and cultivate healthier relationships.

I prioritize a client-centered approach, recognizing that my clients are the experts in their own lives and experiences. Transparency is key in our collaboration, as I work with you to formulate clear goals tailored to your needs. I incorporate motivational interviewing alongside drama therapy, helping you break free from stagnation and achieve your aspirations effectively. We will explore somatic experiences to process your feelings and experiences in a safe and supportive environment. My passion lies in dismantling trauma and addressing deep-seated beliefs rooted in patriarchal and capitalistic systems of oppression.
